Lemon Pastel vs. Pastel?

What's the difference? The reason I ask is because my friend is getting one and we have been talking about them which made me wonder. Lemon pastels supposedly keep their color. Well my pastel whom I've never labeled "Lemon" is hitting one year and 1000grams and is still the bright yellow he was when he was a baby. Should I label him lemon?

1000 grams in a year how did you do that, just asking because i learn how to get them big pretty quick

yea anything "*insert name here* pastel" is just the name of the line, lemons are said to keep color better but I've seen nice colors out of just about every line, their all the same to me, their all the same morph, besides the cinny or black pastel.
