All you Metalheads out there!

Well most of these bands are probably like melodic metalcore, tech metal, death metal, 80s metal, and grunge. Furthermore a band that you think is metal might not be metal in someone else's opinion but then if they think it is metal, you can't change their mind. Metal in this time is usually with low tuned guitars, heavy bass, and double bass drums, with shrill vocals and deep growls. I couldn't agree more that original metal was not like that. But it is just like rap, back then when rap was new they wouldn't rap about doing the b words, popping champagne, busting a cap on someone, and making it rain. I ask you politely to keep your opinions to yourself please.

Everyone here is entitled to their opinion whether you agree with it or not. This is a public forum and as long as the posts are within the TOS there is nothing wrong.

I think every band I listed is metal imo. If they can scream there metal to me.

If screaming is your only criteria for metal then I feel sorry for you. My major one would be talent.

Now don't get me wrong I don't hate this scremo (not saying I like it either) hardcore stuff hell I have friends who are in bands that play it and I go to every show. All I am saying is that this is a metal thread unless I read the thread title wrong so that music does not belong here. Make another thread for that type of music.
