So I took my snakes to a vet to get them sexed and the vet found that my female spider had these rubbed or bit or scrapped off scales / skin on her bottom jaw. She hadn't been eating in the last maybe week and a half or so, but I didn't give it much thought, but this may be an explanation.

I showed it to my dad who is a dermatologist and he suggested just some neosporin so I just put some on and hoping for the best. But I am perplexed how she got them. They are two scrapes side by side, one is a abit larger than another but it looks like they were caused by the same thing. The last thing she ate was a f/t rat. I have put some live ASF in her cage since then but always checked in on them every once in awhile so I doubt it was that. I am going to try and attach a picture to see if anyone has any ideas. It was taken with my phone, so apologies in advance for the bad quality.

They are not actively bleeding but just look red and sore. The picture doesn't do a good job of capturing how red they look.

Any suggestion on what to do about it besides neosporin or taking her to the vet (when she saw it she just said leave it alone and and watch for signs of it worsening).
