They definitely look like lessers to me. We have several. Butters are yellower, hence the name. I've posted a recent lesser hatch below to compare to your picture. The market price for a snake all depends on the characteristics of the animal and what you're willing to pay for those characteristics. They'll all sell eventually, but the key is to find one that makes you say "wow" and target that purchase for whatever you can afford and are willing to part with. If you're not certain, then it may not be worth it. The price this person is asking is standard right now for the market. But you need to do market comparisons to see what you can get for that standard price that makes you happy.
