Is it possible to find out who is shopping this around to the politicians?

This kind of flurry of similar proposals all nicely made up ready for signatures and sponsorship takes time and planning.

And it seems unlikely they have had the time to do so since the unfortunate accident with the child and the snake.

We know there are people paid to promote intrests and legeslation as USARK made use of one - can we find out if there is someone similar responsible for all these bills or if they came from seperate sources?
