Het albino marker?

Does this show up only on normal appearing boas? For example would it show up on a hypo or anery that are possible hets?

Here's my Hypo 100% het albino. I haven't noticed any white scales besides an interesting calico type pattern on the sides near his belly, and his eyes are, well... creepy
