Way back when I had my garter he got out. I was young and had no idea he could push open a lid on a 20 gal tank. Well, long story short, we couldn't find him. A month later I'm watching TV in my room, and I see something come out of my closet! It took a second to process, but it was him. He'll turn up eventually.
