    Feeding Hemostats

Would 12" hemostats be alright for feeding? Or is 24" much better?

I always used 12" and never had one attempt to bite me. As long as you dont hold the mouse by the tail you should be just fine

I say man up and use your fingers. 12" is plenty though if you must use hemostats.

Yeah, it's so much easier using your hands to control. Never been tagged because of it. Even if you did, not like it would hurt.

I actually use kitchen tongs myself. You can buy them for like $1.50 and they work fabulously!

Ha ha to each his own, you don't need hemostats, but there is that unnecessary risk of being tagged but your dealing with snakes so your gonna get tagged either way. Has anybody that's been keeping snakes more than 2 years never been tagged on this forum?
