I purchased a few hides and some flexwatt from reptile basics, everything was shipped promptly with only one problem. A small oversight on how the flexwatt was to be wired. When contacted the problem was taken care of immediately.

I was told to keep the extra foot and that a prewired foot would be shipped same day, which it was.

Only a slight oversight, but the problem was handled promptly. What more can you ask in a vendor.

Great service, will buy from them again.

There will be many more racks built that will require his expertise with wiring, and so far so good. We have had no problems with our current purchases what so ever..
