Re: Blue feeding
If you don't mind a food refusal, go for it. All of mine eat during blue.

Re: Blue feeding
Thanks guys. I tried feeding him earlier, about an hour ago, but no beans. He would hunt the mouse, the mouse would turn and jump at the snake, and the snake would turn around and go inside his hide. What do you guys think, try again tonight, or make the mouse my pet ?

Also, am I the only one here who has and is considering keeping an uneaten feeder mouse as a pet? I've developed a bond with my little constant-pooping feeder mouse.

I consider an uneaten feeder mouse as next weeks feeder, but I breed them so I can just throw it back in its cage.

I ended up with 2 pet mice a few years ago. After they passed away of natural causes, I never got attached again.
As to the original question. Food is offered each week, regardless of shed status to everyone. Some eat, some don't - they have the option to decide.
