Well she finally did it.

Hey guys you might have seen the post I made when I received a big Pied female that was supposed to be breeder size. Well she was close she came in at 1200+ grams and hasn't eaten until now. I followed the sellers tub set-up to a T and still she didn't eat. The about a week ago I offered her a hide. That must have been it because she downed 2 small to medium live rats with gusto. I'm so happy as I want to use her this season in my Pied project. Thanks for listening

Very nice Tim! I know how it feels. My het pied female just started eating and it feels great. Stuff her while you can You have plenty of time to get some weight on her. Good luck, keep us posted.

Yeah she isn't gonna take much she has the age and is close on the weight she should be ready. You enjoying those Het pieds from Bryce? He is the best to work with.

Yes, definately! Bryce has been great. My female didn't want to eat at first, but after an assist, she is feeding well and is not picky either. I'm sure yours won't be either. The male on the other hand has gone from 75 to 150 grams since I got him at the show! He's definately taken off, and he is a little booger too(he's pretty nippy).

Yeah the first BP's I picked up from Bryce were 1.1 Het pieds and .1 Pied pos het ghost the male was a butt and I had to assist forever and then he took off the female well she never didn't eat lol. I gave up the Het pied to some close friends but that male was nippy as hell lol.
