Infractions are points given when someone breaks the rules/tos of the site. They are given out by the mods or admins of the site.

Usually, the first time someone messes up, they don't earn any points, but they get a "warning" infraction...which is given through the infraction system, but does not have any points attached to it. The first 0 is the number of warnings a person has been given...the second 0 is the number of point-worthy infractions they have been given and the (0) is the total number of accumulated infraction points.
