    Great First Handling Session!

Well it has been 1 1/2 weeks since we got our BP. He has shed, he has eaten, and now he has passed his first handling session with flying colors.

I got him out this morning for about 5 mins. to make sure he would be cool for my daughters. He was a real gentleman. Came out balled up, after a minute or two the began checking out the world. Really slow, mellow and caution moves on his part but seemed cool with being held.

So this afternoon the girls got there chance...

My 11 year old daughter was totally into holding and observing him up close.

My 9 year old was a little nervous, then she freaked and quickly passed him back to me when the snake gave a big yawn.... She thought he was getting ready to bit her. I talked to her and then got her to hold him for another minute, before we let him slide back into to his hide.

    Doug
