    OMFG Louie!!!!!

Ok over a year ago I had a snake escape my kids hands in the couch. He was a male Pueblan Milksnake.

Tonight my mom (who just moved in with me) calls me at work. and tells me she just caught a Black, Red, White snake in the garage. This has to be my Pueblan, he escaped several times and had been caught, but his last escape was over a year ago.

I havent got home to confirm this, but I will be tommorrow at 7am, and Will post an update.

Heh, lets hope its not a coral snake...

BTW the snakes name was Louie, I had a lot of history with this guy. He got loose in my truck on the way home from Las Vegas, I tore seats, door panels, my dashboard, etc apart and finally found him climbing my stucco wall in a rainstorm, actually a flood. All this in his first week here.

When he escaped into my couch, you gotta know my girlfriend is terrified of snakes. I cut the couch open (only places you cant see) with a knife to find this lil guy to no avail. I pretty much gave up on him 12 to 13 months ago, when we saw him sliding under the NEW neighbors garage door......this was not a great start for me and my new neighbors...lol

Don't let the kids hold the snakes on the couch... Do you use any type of... cages?

You know, I purchase these cages that come with their own lid and the lid slides in and locks in place and there's even a place at the very front that you can put a lock to REALLY prevent an escape. After using these enclosures, NONE of my snakes have EVER gotten out. You can get them at Petsmart or Petco. I've never used a lock on any of the cages, because the cage is just awesome!

I think your mom may have possibly just captured your snake. Well.. unless there are local Milk snakes slithering around your neighborhood then that may not be your snake, but there's a good chance she found him!

You should call that snake Houdini.
I'll bet he hasn't grown much.

You gotta take some pics of that warrior. At least for identification purposes.
