Tank is secured, snake is in hide, all is good in my world, now. Thanks for all the support from people on the forum!

Oh, BTW, What age is a BP that is 18" long and about 1" diameter at the thickest part of his body?

    Re: My BP escaped

Congrats on finding him! Mine got out once and I freaked out; I found him underneath my bed just cruising, I don't think he was out for more than 20mins but if I didn't check his hide I never would've known he was gone.

Not too old,but you never can really tell; my guess would be less than 3 months old.

    Re: My BP escaped

Good job finding him. I found mine in a dresser drawer as well when she escaped, right next to the bed. Seems to be a favorite escape spot. I think they do it on purpose. Knowing eventually someone will open the drawer, and all the while making you go crazy looking for them. Little buggers.

The funny or not so funny thing is that I dumped all the content of that drawer out and took it out, Twice! I think I may be in for a wild ride with my new classroom pet.
