I just brought it home today and its only about a foot long. I left the top cracked(I know Stupid!) I didn't have holes drilled yet and had to take the kids somewhere. We were gone for 2 hours. I didn't think he was big enough to get out. He was upstairs in my bedroom, but I have already turned every room upside down looking for him.
