    breeding

    can a dumerils breed with a red tail i have an 8.5 foot female red tail and was thinking of getting a nice dum. at my local pet store

    does any one know if they can iner breed id think they can cuz their both large boa species but im not an expert and have not done it just would like to but only have money to get one more large snake and dont want to get one that cant breed with my big girl

    I'm pretty sure they can as they are both boas, BUT, there is a good chance that they will be infertile. I wouldn't do it, its better in my opinion to keep species pure.

    if there is a chance of infertility then its not worth it ill just try to find me a nice male red tail

    I don't think a dumeril/rtb cross would look very nice anyways.
