    Hmmm, our UTH is the ZooMed brand. It did take about 4 or 5 hours to reach maximum heat, but it's definitely hot. Not so hot, though, that it's untouchable. We can put our hand on it underneath.

    That's how long it should take. Especially with a larger area of air that it has to heat.
