    is it ok if...

well i got my first baby bp 3 days ago and she already stopped roaming around as of yesterday. at night she comes out a little bit but not a whole lot. you guys think its ok to be handling her yet? i mean she seems relaxed and isnt cruising the enclosure. her temps are good humidity is fine. i feel like she has adjusted. can i hold her now? lol
edit: also...she is staying in her hides the entire time, im assumeing she is happy?

If you want her to settle in and EAT ... lol, leave her the full week. I know, it's exciting, but in the long run, you will probably save yourself some grief if you just leave her be until a few days after she has her first meal for you.

That's what I did when I got mine. Left it alone for a week, then fed it in it's enclosure. Waited 2 more days and then started handling. Within a couple weeks of handling he started being somewhat ok with being handled. Still hasn't gotten fully comfortable which I've heard can take a long time.

    Good luck.

Yea what everyone says leave it alone for a week and it should open up to you. Remember it's a baby so when you handle don't handle for very long even though you should not be holding an adult for more than 20 minutes. Give it a nice meal and then it will most likly be you BFF! Lol
