You can buy a female albino, or any female het albino. (even several het albinos would not be a bad idea)

As for the ASAP keep in mind that things don't always go as plan or as fast as we want them to, you will have to raise your female(s) for the next two years and even then there is still no guarentee that your first pairing will produce anything.
