These have to be HANDS DOWN my favorite species to work with. I have plans on recording a feeding session for you all to see...you will be shocked.

There is something about these snakes....the way they look at you, they way they watch you.....eerie.

Beautiful!!!!... I want hydro's SO bad... but not until me and the boyfriend move out into a house and I have the proper space to house these impressive beauties! Oh and I want some drymarchon, too

Patrick, if you enjoy the way these snakes are, with how intriguing, curious, inquisitive they are, and the way they watch you, then you know why I keep and love my garter and water snakes! They are the same way!!! I have seen hydro's feed before and it's quite similar to how my female water snake feeds. If there is even a hint that food is anywhere nearby, take cover!!!
