The only way to know if ones like that are YBs is to breed and get an ivory or clearly visible YB babies.

To me, YBs have this pixelated look to their scales. The CH baby does not have this, so until you breed it, it's not a YB, just a dinker.
The OP's snake is a YB. Lots of flames, blushing, pixels in the flames, nice checkered belly edges.

yes i knew it was a yb but i think somethings going on since its jet black and a gold color there is no burgundy except the head.

What does burgundy coloration have to do with anything? A Yellowbelly AKA Het Ivory, can look like a normal wild-type Ball Python, minus the checker pattern on the outside edges of the belly. Or they can have wild patterns with the checker pattern going from the belly up on the sides. They are very variable. Even some proven Het Ivories are poor examples of the morph. It all depends on selective breeding.

im saying its a jet black body with gold patterns it doesnt look normal to me is all im saying idk maybe a dinker for me to play with

I think your over-reading the pictures.. they look rather dark, so I doubt the colors are all that true or the snake is really that dark. Especially if you look at the lighting with the hand in the picture.

its my snake and a 3.2megapixel camera ill try to take pics with my gf's camera tomorrow its literallly black with gold i kid you not its colors look like the saints nfl jersey
