As for stuck sheds what i do first is soak a rag n let the snake run through the rag in my hands. If this does not work i then take a pillow case and saok it with warm water and then toss in the rag. Put hte snake in the pillow ase tige it off and set back in the cage/tub on warm end for 30 mins. This should take it all off.
