How often do you clean your tank?

What do you guys spot clean with?

What do you use when you do a full wash out of the tub?

What do you wash the water dish out with? Just a rinse and scrub or do you use soap or vinegar or bleach or something else?

I havent clean out the whole tank yet but I'm thinking about doing it today. I would use a sponge and some dish washing and give it a full scrub and rinse thoroughly. To spot clean I have paper towels currently as bedding so I usually just remove the paper towel and place a new one.
