    Robin answered you perfectly. A fecal exam isn't a bad idea at all unless you got the snake from a top breeder where you are not as likely to have issues that way. For now though just keep the little snake quiet, don't handle it much if at all, keep it's enclosure clean, warm and safe for it and let it settle in nicely for you. In about a week, offer it a meal, preferably what it's used to eating and in the feeding manner it's used to and likely all will go very well.

    okay thanks. he deficated the first day i got him,and i am still letting him settle in until sunday and ill try feeding him sunday nite a live fuzzy. and he still has yet to shed his first time with me. but his scales are a really nice color and his eyes are nice and black, his tounge is still flopin around so i herd thats good. hey msg me on youtube if you have one its easier for me . i also have videos of my bp corn snake and leopard geckos every few days. hit me up heres the link
