They don't have the same super.

For arguments sake at least, the Cinny is very brown in super form and the Black Pastel is almost pure black.

I believe the Panda Pied is a Super Black Pastel Pied.

I beg to differ a BP bred to a Cinni will produce a patternless Hyper-melanistic animal.

So for argument sake this means they have the same super. In the same way that a Super Mojo and Super Lesser genetically are the same. We know this because when you breed the two together you get a BEL and not a "Combo" animal like a Bee or a Lemon Blast. Now they may not be as strong an example of the super but its still a super.

    Re: Super Lemon Pastel Piebald

The idea of alleles is part way between being the exact same mutation (probably most if not all the pastel lines) and being different mutations of different genes (like pastel and spider in the bee combo).

Lesser and mojave are an example of alleles - of two distinctly different mutations of the same gene. Some argue that lesser and butter might be genetically the same but lesser and mojave certainly have a genetic difference because they consistently look different even after lots of outbreeding. Also, their homozygous versions consistently look different.

The allele relationship between lesser and mojave is seen when you breed the combo snake to normal and don't get normals or combos only lesser and mojave. It was also strongly hinted at when the lesser + mojave combo was white similar to the homozygous lesser and the homozygous mojave.
