Should I be concerned?
I got my snake June 6th and it weighed 90.7 grams. I have given it 3 small live mice since then and today it still weighs 90.7 grams. It has not went to the bathroom yet since I got it either. It shed last week. It seems healthy. It also seems to like to be held. Should I be concerned?
Also I don’t have a clue if my snake is male or female. I got my snake at a swap meet and hopefully the next one (July 11) the guy remembers who I am and will be able to tell me if it’s a male or female.

Re: Should I be concerned?
My BP has gone potty 2x since I've had it.. and hasn't eatin once (about 1-1.5 months)
I'm not totally sure but from what I gather they only go potty about 1x a month (unless they are TOTAL pigs)....
I wouldn't be too concerned about weight gain either. As long as weights don't tank you are just fine!

Re: Should I be concerned?
Could your scale being malfunctioning or have low batteries? It doesn't really make sense for a snake that is taking in food to not weigh more. Unless the food didn't weigh anything..Which I am sure it did.
I would test against another scale. If your snake didn't go to the bathroom yet, there should be some weight gain.
I don't think it is anything wrong with the snake though.

Re: Should I be concerned?
I'm not sure about the weight issue, but you shouldn't be worried about him/her not going potty yet... I've had my pastel for over a month, and he's only pooped twice and peed maybe 3 times. And he's never refused a meal, so I know he isn't underfed!

Re: Should I be concerned?
They can go well over 3 weeks before going to the bathroom. Especially babies that are absorbing almost everything out of their meals.

Re: Should I be concerned?
check th scale with some different items to see if it worknig ( it might be needing ot be repalced or sent bac kt obe checked..) I use a soda can cause i know they about 200 grams i think i weight.. I got a bp( an almost adult in size ) weight about 1700 grams that ate several asfs and a large rat since coming into my care and only go once. and I happen to weight the cleaned up section ( I scoup the are when spot cleaning with an modified bowl ) then weighted the bowl after with shavings ( which were not a lot) the trud was over 200 grams and that dry not wet since she when right after I cleaned the cages and went to my grandmother's for the next 2 days lol. When the bp goes watch out I know he older one seem to liek to go right as you clean the cages or try to go on me when I handle them beoer hand lol.. ( I learned to handle the snakes, offer food, and then clean the tubs the next night )

Re: Should I be concerned?
My scale is fine. I have test weights I use to check my scale. I have also weighed packages to be shipped and compared it to the post office.

If you keep the snake on aspen or somethin try looking around in it. I notice that small snakes have small poop... and its not always brown it may be white and rubbed up close to something. or burried in the substrate. as far as weight i cant help but make sure that they are the appropriate size.
