I would say wait till the first one pips. Usually when one pips the rest are ready as well. And I think that for a hatchling to not have that tooth is somewhat rare. Actually i'm curious as to how often breeders have to cut a baby out because they see them struggling against the egg because of no tooth. I might have to start a poll on that.
