    I think just about everyone here knows some 50+ year olds who shouldnt own a snake, let alone breed.
    Age has nothing to do with it as long as you can afford everything. Granted, I think it may be hard for a kid 13 and down to really afford everything without some help from the parents especially any vet bills that may just pop up. Anythings possible really though.
