I feed my anaconda in a different place then her tank, because she will get bigger and I don't want her to acquire any kind of habit. Moving them from a tank you feed them in and the tank they live in WILL NOT make them regurge, despite what scottboa says. I do it all the time. If you kept hassling with the snake and the meal was slowing down the snakes movement then they regurge, or when you sit and mess with them after a meal, constantly.
