    Question about temp drops

I have been doing alot of reading about breeding but am not sure if I came across the answer to this question. Is it necessary to start the temperature drops while the snakes are growing, or only once they are ready for the breeding season? Also, since its my first post, just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone for all this good juicy information! I am stoked and cant wait to begin this hobby!!

    Re: Question about temp drops

Temp Drops is only when the snake is sexually mature and entering breeding season. Many drop temps starting in September and keep them dropped at night time only till around February. its up to you whether you wanna drop the cool side temps or the warm side temps. Either way will get the snake into the mood.

Some times dropping temps dont matter at all and snakes are jsut in the mood period. Trial and Error.
