    i just figured that out (what mike last suggested)
    i weaned a litter off a couple weeks ago and i have a male i kept in with the female to become the new breeder male for the group. He is just about twice the size of the others that were in his litter

    I guess if you are following Mike's directions...you should separate the male and each of the 2 females pre birth so you can ensure the bloodlines of the mothers so hopefully your future breeders can be hopefully from 2 different bloodlines.

    You could do this but in my opinion it is not necessary. We all know that these thing can be inbred man times over before it starts to have a negative effect. That said, If both moms to have babies, I would take a male from one of the litters, and the females from the other.
