IMO I don't think it looks very granite-like to me. Russo at Cutting Edge is working with Black Granites....

I see....thought you were stating it was one.

I see tipping in the side pattern...but not enough where I would classify it as a granite.

It does resemble it as they are both dark and have a prominent dorsal stripe.

Now that has the granite side markings.
