First of all congrats on the BEL's and such great odds in a clutch. I can't believe that with a clutch that size you didn't get any normals. I have always been poor with calculating odds, but I know the chance of doing that again would be very low. You'll love watching your BEL's grow. Even though they don't have much color, it is fun to watch the change they go through, and the color on the head continues to get darker for the first 6 sheds or so.

As for your guess, that is very impressive. In laymans terms, that is exactly what a leucistic is. The entire snake does have pigment, however, the chromatophores are either turned off, or missing. They are the cells resposible for holding pigment in the skin. (at least that is what those in the hobby have theorized based on leucism in other species).
