I've had them sit in the egg absorb all their yolk and just sit there.. as long as their warm moist and comfy their not going anywhere.. see if all the yolk is gone if so pull them out..if not you might leave them a day or so longer

lol im having this problem with 3 eggs all other came out and 3 are just chillin in the egg.

I think I'll just get the two rotten eggs out and see if I can get them all open carefully. I will leave the other ones till they come out theirselves.
