The Barkers recommend using waxed dental floss. Be patient. Take your time. We've had moldy eggs stay stuck to the rest of the clutch, and I don't like it. Mold spores abound. I often think of the new hatchlings and their respiratory health. So, I prefer to remove moldy eggs, but as it was already mentioned, mold usually will not harm healthy eggs.
