This is really hard for me, but I'm considering giving up my ball python.
I bought him as a hatchling about 10 years ago. He eats prekilled gerbils, and goes on hunger strike from fall to late spring/early summer (he still hasn't started eating this year after many attempts). He doesn't have an aggressive bone in his body, and overall is a good boy except for the stress he causes by his seasonal fasts.
I haven't made up my mind as to whether or not I want to get rid of him, and wanted to put a feeler out there to see if there is interest.
IF I give him up it'd be to an experienced BP keeper who would keep him in their collection for the duration of the snake's life and not sell him or anything like that. You'd have to pick him up from me in the Chicago suburbs. I will NOT put this snake on a plane or ship it. I'd give all of his caging supplies including his 40 breeder terrarium.
Again, I haven't made up my mind, and just want to see if there is any interest.
