Is the membrane broken on that guy? If it's not, I would break it. Poke around VERY gently, and see if the umbilicus is twisted around the baby. If it is, I did take a baby last year completely out of the egg, untwist it, and put him back in.
I'm trying to remember where I saw someone who took a baby completely out of the egg and line a small bowl the size of an egg with damp paper towel and allowed him to absorb his yolk in this bowl. He stayed in that bowl until the yolk was absorbed, much like he would do in the egg.
Unfortunately, some babies just aren't meant to make it, for whatever reason.

thanks so much i did just what you said i went in and the membrane was not cut and when i cut it he immediately look much better but it looked like the umbilicus was like around his neck, so i had to get my wife to go in with her tiny fingers and pull the head out, i hope this helped him he is in his egg and i misted him so crossed fingers here.

ahhh... thats better! It is probably just the picture but what is that funny looking spot in his stripe towards his neck? LOL, with the glare it almost looks like another eye!

BTW, here's where I saw the removing the baby completely from the egg and setting it up in a small bowl to absorb the yolk - for FYI:
