    Muddoc First of all thanks for the awesome DYI. Second I will. I am building a 5 slot rack probaly using the expanded pvc within a couple of weeks.

    I've built a couple expanded PVC racks and will never use anything else. It is awesome to work with and so light. My local plastics supplier made all the cuts for me cheap. I think it was $10 for around 15-20 cuts.

    Yep its the only way to go for the do it yourself-er..
