Genetics Question?

Ok so i recently saw a clutch of a lemon blast male AND a bumble bee male that was bred to a butter and the clutch had bees, butters, lemon blasts and a pastel?

So if you breed 2 different males to a single female you will come out with random genetics? im so confused.

I use a second or even a third male as back up sometimes. I would encourage it, especially with codominant genes.

We use multiple males ONLY with dom/codom. Mixing with recessives will throw off your het ratios.

When balls breed the females retain the sperm until ovulation. So if she breeds to multiple males then there will be a whole wish-wash of sperm from the males swimming around waiting to fertilise her eggs. What pops out will be the luck of the draw but all the sperm from all the males will have a chance.

No, each egg can only be fathered by one male.
