Breeding during shed?
Will males breed during thier shed cycle?

Not in my experience. I tried on a couple of occassions, but they were not feeling up to it. I've heard the same from others. My females all bred during shed cycles at one point or another.

I have a male pastel that didn't do a dern thing last year..However this year he is a machine..He's bred in full blue for me. I mean full lock pene action lock for a good 12 hours. When he was done he finished sheding , rested, ate and was locked this morning again.

Most say to take the males out when they are blue, but to leave the male in when the female is blue, because she will resist less.
