If you have a good amount of whatever heat source you used and a proportional thermostat, it shouldn't effect it at all, especially in somehing that is well insulated like a fridge. Last season my snake room temps went from 74° at night to 86° during the day, every day, and my cooler incubator never shifted more than ±0.1°.
