Re: New Gecko
Very nice! A small low container with vitamin powder dusted mealworms will do just fine. She may not eat for a few days but she will eventually.

Re: New Gecko
As Jamie mentioned simply leave a dish with some mealworms available to her at all time and she will eventually eat.

Re: New Gecko
Mine like phoenix worms a lot if you can get a hold of them!
Get a low dish, putting them straight in the enclosure will get them lost an not eaten. If you put them in the dish and leave her alone, she'll probably eat them. Unless you have a picky bugger like I did.

Phoenix worms are excellent. Very high in calcium! www.wormman.com

Re: New Gecko
She's eating well. She eats both crickets and mealworms. When do you usually feed yours? At night or during the day?

Re: New Gecko
i usually give them early in the morning...after cleaning their cages... then i give them crickets...
since they are nocturnal they should be more active when at night.... and in reality they should be eating at night...... But.....
since mine got use to the morning routine... every morning i clean the cages their waiting for food to come next hehehe...

Re: New Gecko
Thanks everyone for your responses. One more question. Does anyone here use or heard of Vita-Sand? It's made by Zoo-Med.
