Im really big for my age, but not pro bodybuilder size lol But unlike most kids my age trying to workout, i have all the right equiptment, (my dads stuff), and i work on muscles most other kids dont (lats, traps, tris, forearms, back, etc + the norm. Biceps, upper chest, lower chest, abs, etc...).. Also, im taking supplements but not too many, and im eating right... I take vitamins in the morning, i eat eggs, oatmeal, and a 1 scoop protein shake (muscle milk, sometimes nitro-tech) for breakfast, granola bar, plus half scoop protein shake mid morning snack, whole grain bread, with lean meat, salad, 2 scoops protein shake for lunch, granola or protein pudding mid afternoon snack, fish, red meat, chicken or turkey, plus potatoes, vegetables, etc. for dinner... My pre workout is Lots of fruits, 2 scoops protein shake, and half a protein bar and lots of water during my workout....
So yea, i dnt think you were really looking for all that but, hey, might as well share it right? And yea, its a sorta complicated diet and routine, but i learned it all from my dad...
