I have been apartment hunting recently and the only place i found that ALLOWED snakes had a 20 inch size max. My brooks kingsnake is ok.....for now, but my BP beats that by another 20 inches

Yeah it really sucks! And it is like my wife said well before I get to that let me just say that I have nothing against PitBulls!!! But there are some ppl that have them and make them mean and train to kill!! Why isn't there somekind of ordinance for them?? If they are mean they could seriuosly hurt and even kill someone! If the snakes get out they for one wouldn't hurt anyone seriously or even get close to killing them!! It just seems really unfair to ppl like us!! IMO!
