    Should I be concerned?

Ok first of all....temp on cool side is 79 in the morning and rises no more than 81 during the day. The temp on hot side fluctuates between 92-95.
My question is, my ball stays in its hide all day (which is good I believe) but it's in the cool sides hide??? I have never seen it go in the hot side hide? This is okay right?

    Re: Should I be concerned?

Hi, My temps are 91 hot side and 81 cool side and more often than not my bp stays in her hide on the cool side. She will occassionally sit in the hot side hide but not as often.

From what I understand - humidity should be kept between 55-60% but I don't believe a little higher will do any harm.

Hope this helps ease your mind.

Yah, I wouldn't worry about it too much. Mine also chill on the cool side. On ocassion I will a catch them on the warm side, but who knows what they do when I'm not looking...

    Re: Should I be concerned?

I wouldn't worry. Mine are always in the hot side hide which I keep around 92 degrees. Every snake seems to be a bit different in what they like.
