Re: How much would a GTP cost a reptile show? average price.

I got a Merauke GTP neonate at the long island reptile show Nov 1st last yr, at the beginning of the show they were asking 350$ but by the end of the show he gave em to me for 300$ and he's been doin great ever since you gotta be careful tho, they're so delecate when they're that small, idk how old mine was when i got him but damn was he small, he's grown up quite a bit....AND HE'S GOT THE CRAZIEST FEEDING RESPONSE 2!
whatever you do dont put a neonate in a display cage ive seen it a lot at pet stores, they're too out in the open and with screen tops, humidity is always an issue. a small tub at first with an UTH works great, then once they're big enough a display cage is good. I think they're much better off in a tub at first, they're hidden, secure. another side note, i purchased my adult GTP for $380
The Matrix is a system, Neo. That system is our enemy. But when you're inside, you look around, what do you see? Businessmen, teachers, lawyers, carpenters. The very minds of the people we are trying to save. But until we do, these people are still a part of that system and that makes them our enemy. You have to understand, most of these people are not ready to be unplugged. And many of them are so inured, so hopelessly dependent on the system, that they will fight to protect it.

anytime you see adults, or neos for 350 or under at shows, they are FB and not USCB.

I have bought animals from Ben and we are cool but friends no not really, but my point was that there are nice $300 Chondros out there to be had. I didn't say they were everywhere or common, as a matter of fact it is fairly rare. However your comment was

i agree.. i see CBB neo's all the time in the $275-350 range. main reason being that GTP's aren't the most popular snake and a lot of people don't have $500 to spend on a pet.
