    Memorial day

    It is the
    VETERAN,
    not the preacher,
who has given us freedom of
    religion.

    It is
    the VETERAN,
    not the reporter,
who has given us freedom of the press.

    It is
    the VETERAN,
    not the poet,
who has given us freedom of speech.

    It is
    the VETERAN,
    not the campus organizer,
who has given us freedom to assemble.

    It is
    the VETERAN,
    not the lawyer,
who has given us the right to a fair trial.

    It is
    the VETERAN,
    not the politician,
Who has given us the right to vote.

    It is the
    VETERAN who
    salutes the Flag,

    It is
    the
    VETERAN
    who serves
    under the
    Flag,
    Joe Haggard

    Re: Memorial day

As a veteran I would just like to point out that Memorial Day is to honor those people that died during military service. Veteran's day is to honor those that didn't die.
    Do not resuscitate

    Re: Memorial day

I have many relatives whom are veterans and Mike's bro just came back from Afghanistan.
I will always support our Guys & Gals , veterans who fought and those who are fighting now. I will never talk my own politics on this site, (or really any other), those close to me know how I feel.
I will say that beautiful lil Calvin:
    http://ball-pythons.net/forums/showthread.php?t=92305
Was going to be set free in honor of....
But then again everyone under the sun is out there right now! That is nice, I love to see people outside enjoying the world...
But LIL Calvin definatly didn't need to be picked up...(and put into a fish bowl).
    So sometime this week...
And in our case it will still be in complete honer of Freedom. It makes sense to us. I know it's just a turtle to some folks. But now she can live where she is supposed to and be free. (I know I'm a little odd...lol)
    Sincerely
