Nothing here either.This apartment building faces Northeast, so the sun hardly reaches us. All I do is keep the AC set to 78 (higher would hurt the corns) or so and use fans for us and the rodents when it gets really hot. In summer the apartment sits at about 80, in winter it's 70 (with an oil-filled heater in the bedroom for the snakes).
My suggestion would either be to close the vents to the rooms you don't want cooled and set the AC for a good temp, or to get a window unit for that room.
