I don't think it's a mistake to purposely sick innocent dogs on each other for amusement and betting purposes, just to watch them rip out each others trachea and spinal cords.
It's not a mistake, he made a choice, one that puts him far lower than the dogs killing each other.
IMO, I don't think that man should ever be near a CHILD let alone an animal.
